CUSTOMER SERVICE / DATA ENTRY CLERK / OFFICE ADMIN.

We are looking for an energetic candidate with a great personality to fill a full time position as our first line of customer service and working within our office staff.

Duties will include:

-  Answering telephones and taking customer orders

-  Directing phone calls and taking messages

-  Entering customer orders in an AS/400 (Mainframe) environment

-  Filing, and other office duties

-  Possibility of Accounts receivable and/or payable duties using both AS/400 and Simply Accounting/Sage 50 in future

-  Greeting and serving customers, which will include some inside sales

 

Skills Needed

 

-  Customer Service experience is required.

-  Diploma/Certificate from recognized Post-Secondary institution in a related field is considered an asset

-  Experience using Windows, MS Word, MS Excel

-  Experience using Simply Accounting/Sage 50 is considered a strong asset

-  Experience with AS/400 environment is considered an asset however, training will be provided.

-  Ability to learn new skills quickly and adapt to change

-  Ability to learn new products and relate to customers buying patterns to ensure accuracy of entering orders and exceptional customer service

 

Hours of Work are 8:00-4:30, Monday – Friday
